We want your customers to have a bed that is unique to them and their needs. The one that suits them the best, the one they are likely to get a great nights’ sleep in and matches all their different complex needs. And STILL fits in with the rooms décor! This may have all the function of a hospital bed, but it certainly doesn’t look like one.

How do I make a bed unique to my clients needs?

You can visit the “customise a bed” page on our website – available here.
The questions take you through all the steps you need to go through in order to create your bed. This include the length, width, colour options, fabric, unique settings you might need such bed rails, underbed lighting, electric locking castors, Trendelberg or reverse Trendelberg.
After this, you can send your order through and get a quote from our business development team. They will then go back through the quote with you, make sure you are completely happy with the bed, give you some rough timescales and will then send on your order to our manufacturing plant.

The manufacturing process

Headed up by Rick in the factory, your bed will start to be built from scratch. The parts are collated, the frame is created and the colour is spray painted on. The bed is then fabricated to your specifications. Finally, the team at Lake Cargelligo will assemble your bed and then…
Your finished bed is ready to be sent out for delivery! With a time and date that suits you best, it will arrive, be assembled in your chosen room(s) and then, you should have the best nights’ sleep!

Customising
We want to make the bed that is perfectly suited to you or your client, that is our mission. And that is not just about how it functions, but also how it fits in with the room design. We have created hot pink Nino beds for children, turquoise painted beds to fit in with an ocean theme, we will do what we can to make sure the bed fits in with the décor already in the room.
