Covid-19 Update

Caremed Alrick will continue to operate during the Stage 4 restrictions in Victoria, as our product offerings are directly linked to essential services, mainly serving Aged Care, Mental Health facilities and Hospitals.

We would like to mention the following changes to our business structure:

1. Our Thomastown showroom is now closed to the public.
2. We have set up our virtual showroom and can demonstrate product and carry out training / troubleshooting via Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp or Teams.
3. All incoming deliveries will still be accepted; however, drivers are asked to follow protocol signs and report to reception upon arrival.
